The runoff elections for offices of Kosrae State Governor and Lt. Governor were held yesterday. The unofficial local ballot count:
Governor
- Lyndon H. Jackson => 1672
- Nena S. Nena => 1189
Lt. Governor
- Carson N. Sigrah => 1585
- Semeon J. Phillip => 1254
Overseas and absentee ballots have yet to be counted. Keep an eye on the blog and the elections page for the final results.
Thanks for the valuable information you posted. I had to look everywhere (google, micsem, etc.) for updates on election issues but you are the only one with it.
