Bleu Cheese Dressing - KVR Style!

I have it on good authority that our bleu cheese dressing the best in the world. And, now - we will share it with the world!

I’m afraid that after that build up you might be a little disappointed, since we don’t have any secret ingredients, just bleu cheese.

• 1-> Crumble about 1 teaspoon of bleu cheese in a small ramkin or whatever you will use to serve the dressing.
• 2-> Add about 1 ounce of Italian dressing and serve.

Ok, ok, here’s the Italian dressing recipe, some people are sooo demanding - -

• 1-> Let the seasonings sit in the vinegar for a long time BEFORE adding the oil.
  ½ cup vinegar
  ½ cup red wine
  1 teaspoon white pepper
  ½ head chopped garlic
  1 tablespoon oregano
  ¼ cup parsley
  3 ¼ cup olive oil

Bleu cheese lovers love this dressing, maybe because it’s got bleu cheese in it?
